Robert was honest and fair in his negotiations. He was not pushy. We comparison priced cars at Family Hyundai and left because the salesperson was not as customer focused. Robert was patient, helped us test drive two cars and did not try to oversell/up sell. This is the type of person we enjoy doing business with. We would come back to him again in the future.
